Jinks Crow Clients Receive Funds from $220 Million Alabama Opioid Settlement

Jinks Crow represented 35 cities and counties in Alabama who received money this week as a result of the Opioid Settlement with distributors Cardinal Health and Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen).

As in previous opioid settlements, the state of Alabama will share the settlement funds with local governments and public hospitals. The State’s portion of the settlement funds will be deposited directly into the State’s General Fund.
