Megan McBride

Attorney

Megan McBride has dedicated her entire legal career to a single mission: leveling the playing field for individuals against powerful corporate entities. Driven by the belief that accountability requires unwavering advocacy, Megan represents everyday individuals harmed by corporate negligence, focusing her practice on tenant protection claims, premises liability, and complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

A seasoned advocate in large-scale actions and complex Multi-District Litigation (MDL), Megan has consistently been appointed to key leadership and discovery roles in major national matters.

Her committee appointments include:
• Discovery Committee: MDL 2921 – Allergan Biocell Textured Breast Implant Products Liability Litigation
• Discovery Committee: BioZorb Products Liability Litigation
• Discovery Committee: MDL 2100 – Yasmin and YAZ (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation
• Discovery Committee: MDL 2385 – Pradaxa (Dabigatran Etexilate) Products Liability Litigation
• Privilege Log Sub-Committee: MDL 2406 – In Re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation

Over her career, she has also represented hundreds of plaintiffs in landmark litigations involving Ethicon Pelvic Mesh, Tylenol, Zoloft, NuvaRing, and recalled devices by Medtronic and Hologic.

Today, Megan channels this extensive complex litigation background into protecting individuals in tenant rights and premises liability disputes, holding property managers, commercial landlords, and corporate entities accountable when hazardous premises or unlawful housing practices cause harm.

Megan pairs her courtroom advocacy with deep technical acumen. Certified in Web Administration by iCONECT-XERA, she bridges the gap between legal strategy and complex e-discovery. Her mastery of corporate data architecture and Electronically Stored Information (ESI) allows her to navigate millions of pages of records to unearth critical evidence, transforming internal corporate data into decisive deposition and trial evidence that exposes misconduct.

Beyond the courtroom, Megan serves on the Board of Directors for ReadyKids!, working to ensure kindergarten readiness across Escambia County, Florida, where she also regularly mentors a student as a “Reading Pal.” Prior to practicing law, Megan served with AmeriCorps VISTA, building community and corporate support for local education in St. Louis.
